Who’s Fooling Who? Part II

2 Corinthians 2:11

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Please review part 1 before reading part 2.
Fear: An emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, and might cause you pain or threat.
The Lord God tells us in the book Isaiah 41:10 “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”  But after God has said that the very first thing we do is fear, not just one thing, but almost everything, lol. From job and fellow employees to our friends and families, also our spouse. So what we have done is given satan and his evil spirits all of these areas in our life for him to infiltrate and to control the very outcome of our lives and soul. But just remember what God said in Isaiah 41:10 in the KJV ” fear thou not;…”.
Anger a strong feeling of annoyance displeasure or hostility.
Anger is one of the most powerful tools in satan tool box. Anger caused the first murder, not from friends or neighbors but from blood brother. What that tells me is satan will use the closest person or thing to you to cause you to fail. A lot of the time we tend to think that our opposition will come from other individuals out side of our love ones or friends or personal zones of comfort. We must remember this one thing again, satan and the other evil spirits will use what and whomever they will to delay you from your destiny with Jesus Christ by altering focus in this life. The Bible tell us in Ephesian 4:26 in the KJV “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:…”
In my conclusion, we should do what the Word of God says in the KJV Bible in the book of Proverbs 3:6 “In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”

Who’s Fooling Who? Part I

Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

2 Corinthians 2:11

As humans, we tend to create an atmosphere of power and control in the environment around us.  But in most cases or situation, there is a disturbance that takes place in our atmosphere that is usually followed by four main elements:

  1. A Lie
  2. Deception “to deceive”
  3. Fear
  4. Anger

With these tools, it is almost assured that you will fail. In Satan eyes, he knows that these are weakness for all mankind and they have worked for countless numbers of years. So lets discover and discuss these elements further.

First a Lie.

The lie is first and most often used tool in satan’s toolbox, and with it, the whole world was plunged into a life of murder, war, greed, selfishness, hate, vanity, sedition, inordinate affection and last but not least fornication! That in itself was a mouth full. In our short of lifespan upon this earth all of us can relate to ” A Lie” and its relative results, can’t we? The first lie was told by satan to Eve and we are still living the repercussions to this day in one way or another. In the Bible Genesis  2:16-17 God said to Adam:

And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:  But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Then in Gen. 3:1-7 man fell through the eyes of the woman Eve via the lie of satan. In seven verses the misery of the world began, and the number seven in the Bible means spiritual completeness now think about that one! The Bible says in the book of Revelation 21:8 that all liars, shall have their part in the lake of fire.”

Deception

Deception is a trick or scheme used to get what you want, no matter how small of a deception or seemly insignificant of a matter it is, it still is deception. For example, you want someone to pamper you so you act like something or someone has hurt your feelings. What are some of the things you’re being deceiving about, at work, school, home and even at church, yes I said at Church! Have you or are you using deception in your relationships with spouses, friends, or even with Jesus?

In Proverbs 27:6  Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
